RETURNS POLICY
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, I'm happy to offer a return or exchange for store credit on unworn, eligible items.
To qualify, you must email starr@piecesofstarr.com within 5 days of delivery, and the item must be mailed back within 7 days of the delivery date. No exceptions.
All returns must be approved in advance. Once approved, I’ll provide the return shipping address.
Please be advised: Initiating a credit card charge dispute without first returning the item constitutes theft and will be treated as such. Any such action will result in immediate legal pursuit to the fullest extent of the law, including filing a criminal theft report in the client’s local jurisdiction. Unfortunately, this has become an increasing trend targeting small independent artists and businesses — and we are prepared to defend our work and rights through all available legal channels.
The following items are FINAL SALE:
- Custom orders
- Resized rings
- One-of-a-kind items
- Items with any form of customization (e.g., stone color changes, engravings, or finish adjustments)
- Eternity bands that cannot be resized
- Discounted items
- Purchases made with a gift card
Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. I do offer resizing for international orders, but shipping costs to and from the customer will apply.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and insured shipping will be deducted from the final credit value.
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition. Once received and approved, store credit will be issued—minus applicable shipping fees—and will be valid for 180 days.
